Education is the backbone of the nation, he pledged to work with the Bangladesh government to take Rangpur forward at an equal pace in the process of building an illiterate country.

Bangladesh is gradually moving from a developing country to a developed country. It is very important for the youth of our country to enter the business to keep the economic wheel in motion. To create such a working environment so that all the young entrepreneurs of the country including Rangpur can run their business in peace.
Elimination of religious extremism and political revenge
Extremism and political revenge always hamper the development of a nation. Some vicious circles are always working to tarnish the image of the country by inciting extremists and disturbing social peace. To work relentlessly so that the people of Rangpur are not affected by such incidents.
Elimination of child marriage
Child marriage is one of the major problems in our society. The government is constantly working to stop this. But due to lack of social awareness, it is constantly being hampered. Our Rangpur district is also affected by this. So working with the government to stop child marriage completely.

A short brief of Tanbir’s personal life
Alhaj Md. Tanbir Hossain Asharafi was born on December 8, 1974. His parents were Alhaj Shafayet Hossain and Alhaj Israt Begum. He completed his secondary education in 2001 from Kailash Ranjan High School. After passing the secondary school, he got involved in student politics by cultivating the spirit of the great liberation war. He later completed BSS from Rangpur Government College and LLB Honors course from Rangpur Law College. In 2013, he got married to National Award winning popular singer Mahmuda Akhter Mitu. The couple is now living a happy life with a son and a daughter.
A Strong History
When Tanbir Asharafi entered high school after passing secondary school, he had to face various unfavorable conditions. On the one hand, he maintain his the family business and family responsibilities due to the sudden illness of the father. On the other hand, he managed the attack of the opponent to be active in student politics. He did not stop his life in the midst of so much tension. After 6 long years, ignoring all the problems, he took part in the Higher Secondary Examination in 2007 and passed with distinction. From then on, he gradually became active in student politics. He later served as the President of Rangpur District BCL from 2008 to 2012 and also held various important posts including the Central Vice President of BCL. He also set up a voluntary, social, cultural and sports organization called Banglar
Chokh in 2006 with the aim of building a golden Bengal with his dedicated skills and dedicated life. He later set up Sumi Group in 2012 to improve his family business and in 2016 he established Royalty Mega Mall in Rangpur with his younger brother Alhaj Touhid Hossain (CIP). Which provides employment to innumerable people. He has also been working with numerous local and national organizations. He is also playing a role in protesting against corruption and social degradation.

Bangabandhu Cultural Foundation and Bangladesh Nagarik Parishad presented Sher-e-Bangla Award 2019 on July 11, 2019 at Shawkat Osman Auditorium in Dhaka for special contribution in organizational skills.
Justice SM Morshed Gold Award
The Syed Mahmud Morshed Smriti Foundation presented Justice SM Morshed Gold Award on 18 January 2019 for special contribution in social service.
Nelson Mandela Award
Bangladesh Medha Bikash Society presented Nelson Mandela Award 2019 on 22 July 2019 at Bangladesh National Music and Dance Auditorium.
Business Award
Weekly Agrani Barta presented the Business Award 2020 at the National Press Club Conference Lounge on 13 November 2020 for special contributions during the Corona disaster.
